We contacted her to launch the sale. She was prompt and thorough in reviewing the home again. She thought it was prime real estate for the market. She was right. The first contact made an offer that met our asking price. Three days before closing the buyer withdrew.

Suzette was clam, purposeful, and undaunted. We prepped the home for sale again. Once again the first offer was exactly what we wanted. We closed a month later.

Suzette made frequent brief calls, and sent a stream of emails and texts to keep us updated at every turn. She is personable, pleasant to work with, and knows exactly what to do when facing a possible obstacle to overcome it.

Other than Suzette being a great judge or her clients and how to interact with them, she spent time to share some options about how to market this single-family property and kept me apprised in a very timely fashion. The fact that I lived 100 miles from the property and she made several trips to check on matters for me was very comforting.
